Jessica Carroll

Title:

Managing Director, Information Technologies

Carroll joined the USGA in October of 1988. She is responsible for directing the USGA’s technical environment and providing the vision, tools, applications, training, and support to move the USGA forward, using technology to most efficiently enable the Association to accomplish its greater business goals.

In this role, she manages a budget which supports a 500+ user network, defines, implements, and supports the Association’s corporate technology strategy, including applications, systems development, hardware, networking and connectivity, and oversees network security on-site and for 30+ remote locations.

Carroll graduated in 1986 from Syracuse University with a Bachelors of Arts and Sciences degree in English.

She currently resides in Stewartsville, N.J., with her husband, Jim and their twin teenage sons, Ryan and Dylan.
